Female Founders (Grow F GmbH) - FFX and FFB Summit Event Series Last updated: June 2026. These terms apply to all events organised by Female Founders, including the FFX (Female Founders Experience) and the FFB Summit series. By purchasing a ticket or registering for an event, you agree to these terms in full.

2.1 Eligibility
Tickets are personal but transferable unless explicitly stated otherwise. Female Founders reserves the right to refuse entry or cancel a registration if eligibility requirements are not met.
2.2 Registration confirmation
Your registration is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email. Female Founders is not responsible for confirmation emails that are filtered as spam or not received due to incorrect email addresses provided at registration.
2.3 Ticket resale
Resale of tickets at a price above face value is strictly prohibited. Female Founders reserves the right to cancel tickets obtained through resale without refund.
3.1 No refunds
All ticket sales are final. Female Founders does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to inability to attend, changes to personal or professional circumstances, travel disruptions, or dissatisfaction with the event programme.
3.2 Ticket transfers
Tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, you are welcome to transfer your ticket to another eligible person. To arrange a transfer, please contact us at [email protected] with your order reference and the details of the replacement attendee. Female Founders will work with you to find a suitable solution.
The replacement attendee must meet all eligibility criteria for the event. Female Founders reserves the right to decline a transfer if eligibility requirements are not met.
3.3 Cancellation by Female Founders
If Female Founders must cancel or postpone an event due to circumstances beyond its control (including but not limited to force majeure, venue unavailability, or insufficient registrations), registered attendees will be notified as soon as possible and offered either a full refund or a transfer to a rescheduled date. Female Founders is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by attendees.
