Frequently Asked Questions
FFX — Female Founders Experience
What if I am unable to attend on the day?
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. However, tickets are transferable. If you are unable to attend, please contact us at [email protected], and we will work with you to find a suitable solution, whether that means transferring your ticket to a colleague or arranging an alternative. The replacement attendee must meet all eligibility criteria for the event.
How can I connect with other participants?
All registered guests will receive access to our matchmaking tool, Conversation Starter, where you can browse attendee profiles and book 1:1 meetings with founders, investors, and leaders in advance. In addition, the programme includes dedicated networking breaks throughout the day for in-person connection.
What is included in the event programme?
FFX offers a full-day programme of roundtables, keynotes, input talks, community sessions, and curated deep-dives tailored to whether you are a founder, leader, or investor. The full agenda will be shared with registered attendees in advance of the event.
How will I receive logistics and schedule information?
You will receive calendar invites, email communications, and access to the participant page containing all logistics, venue details, timings, and programme updates. Should anything change, we will notify you promptly.
Will I be able to engage with speakers?
Yes. Most sessions incorporate Q&A or interactive elements, and speakers are encouraged to remain for the full day. Many are available for informal conversation during networking breaks and throughout the event.
Will investors be present at the event?
Yes. A curated group of investors will be joining each FFX. You will have the opportunity to connect with them during sessions, networking breaks, and through Conversation Starter ahead of the event.
Why is full-day attendance encouraged, and what if I cannot stay the entire day?
Each FFX is designed as an immersive, full-day experience. The programme prioritises depth of connection over volume of contacts, creating an environment where authentic relationships can form across the whole day. We strongly encourage attendees to be present for the full programme and, where possible, to set an out-of-office and give the day their full attention.
If you need to arrive late or leave early, please let us know in advance, so we can accommodate you as best we can.
