What if I’m unable to attend on the day?
Tickets are non-refundable. You may, however, transfer your ticket to another person — just let our team know so we can update the registration details.
How can I network with other participants?
All registered guests will receive access to our matchmaking tool, Conversation Starter, where you can book 1:1 meetings with other attendees, partners, and investors. Of course, there will also be plenty of in-person networking during breaks and the Apero.
What’s included in the event programme?
FFX Zurich offers a full day of panels, fireside conversations, community sessions, and curated deep-dives based on whether you’re a founder, leader, or investor. You’ll receive the full agenda ahead of time.
How will I know when and where everything takes place?
You’ll receive calendar invites, email communication, and access to the participant page with all logistics, timing, and updates. If anything changes, we’ll notify you right away.
Will I be able to interact with speakers?
Yes - most sessions include Q&A or interactive elements, and speakers are encouraged to stay the whole day and often available for informal chats during the breaks.
Will investors be present?
Yes - curated group of investors will join FFX Zurich. You can connect with them on-stage, during networking, and via Conversation Starter.
Is attendance required for the whole day?
We highly encourage you to join the full programme. FFX Zurich is designed for quality over quantity, prioritising authentic connection, joy over FOMO, and creating an actual community experience rather than a drop-in event.
Can I change my hub if I feel another track fits me better?
Yes - as long as there are still free spots in the room. Just check with our team on the day, and we’ll help you switch hubs if possible.
What does “individualised agenda” mean?
Each participant receives an agenda tailored to their hub - Founder, Leader, or Investor - based on the profile you selected when registering. This ensures the content you attend is relevant and aligned with your needs.
